Membership

Individual Life Members
An Individual Life Membership is granted through a donation of $1000 or more.  It may be paid in one lump sum or over a 10 year period.  Receipts are provided for income tax purposes.

Members are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting which is held every April in conjunction with the Annual General Meeting of Credit Union Central of BC in Vancouver.  A notice of the meeting is mailed out annually to members.

To become a member, please print out the donation form, and mail it along with a cheque made out to the “Credit Union Foundation of BC” to:

Credit Union Corporate Membership & Dues
All credit unions in British Columbia are members of the Foundation.  Each credit union has a right to one vote at the Foundation Annual General Meeting through their delegate to the Credit Union Central of BC Annual General Meeting.  If a person other than the delegate is to have voting power, then notice of such must be received by the Secretary of the Foundation in writing prior to the meeting.

Dues are collected annually from credit unions on behalf of the Foundation courtesy of Credit Union Central of B.C.
